Terms and conditions 

“Diagnoplan Dental” is an online platform that provides services to dental/healthcare professionals through a website operated by Diagnoplan Dental Ltd, Cairo, Egypt.

“Diagnoplan Dental” online platform permits the management and transmission of patient images and reports, as well as the arrangement of interpretive, consultation and designing services to professionals. 

“Diagnoplan Dental” is not healthcare or dental provider and does not provide healthcare or dental services to patients.

 

Accordingly, by signing up or ordering/purchasing any of our services from “Diagnoplan Dental”, the user agrees to all the terms, conditions and policies referenced herein and follow them, in addition to any other extra terms that can be sent with any service. 

Section 1: Access to “Diagnoplan Dental” services

The user understands and agrees that access  to and ordering services from the “Diagnoplan Dental” Platform is for  technical and professional services that are only available to licensed and trained dental professionals. Usage of the “Diagnoplan Dental” Platform technology by patients is specifically prohibited and is in violation of this Agreement.

 

Section 2: Received data from the user

User agrees not to defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, or violate the legal rights  of others, use offensive language, discuss or incite illegal activity, use abusive, threatening, violent, explicit or obscene language or solicit/post sexually explicit images (actual or simulated), post or transmit any content or communications that exploit children or minors or that depicts cruelty to animals or any inappropriate content.

The user must not transmit any malware, spyware or viruses or any other destructive files. Violation of any of the Terms will result in termination of your Services.

 

Section 3: Accepting the data from the user 

In the event that “Diagnoplan Dental”  determines that the equipment and/or software required to be provided by Practice hereunder is not fully functional or is not fully compatible with “Diagnoplan Dental”   equipment and/or software, “Diagnoplan Dental”  shall have the right to reject the service or terminate this agreement.

 

 

 

Section 4: Data maintenance and storage 

“Diagnoplan Dental”  is not maintaining or storing any radiographic images, image volumes or any other data and related patient records on User’s behalf and is only limited for viewing the plans and designs for a limited time determined by “Diagnoplan Dental”.

 

Section 5: Data sent by “Diagnoplan Dental” to the user

“Diagnoplan Dental” does not provide any warranties against viruses, spyware or malware that may be installed on practice’s computer or mobile device or that may damage practice’s computer, mobile device or data.

The data sent to the user can be sent directly or through a third party link or software and in any method used, “Diagnoplan Dental” does not have any warranties against any damage to equipment/software from viruses, spyware or malware. 

 

Section 6: Information supplied by the user

“Diagnoplan Dental” is not responsible about the accuracy of information of the user nor any missing, outdated or incomplete information that may affect the accuracy of the service and are considered as a risk taken by the user and not Diagnoplan’s responsibility.

 

Section 7: Modifications in pricing

Our services prices are subject to change at any time. We maintain the right to change or stop the service or any of its components at any time and without prior notice.

 

Section 8: Responsibility and liability

The “Diagnoplan Dental” Services are limited to the provision of data that may be considered by You as part of Your diagnostic and treatment process. In any event, You maintain the professional responsibility to make medical and diagnostic decisions, as well as for complying with all laws, regulations and licensing requirements applicable to Your delivery of healthcare services to patients and “Diagnoplan Dental” only provides consultation according to the provided data by the user without any responsibility regarding the final treatment or outcome by the user.

Practice acknowledges and agrees that the professional duty to the patient in providing health care services and for operating Practice lies solely with Practice/user.

The uninterrupted, timely, secure, and error-free operation of our service is not guaranteed, represented, or warranted by “Diagnoplan Dental”. The accuracy and dependability of the results that could be derived by using the service are not guaranteed by “Diagnoplan Dental”. The user explicitly acknowledges that using the service is entirely at the user’s own risk with no guarantees, representations

Section 9: Login privacy

User agrees not to share the user name and password with any person or entity, including with co-workers and colleagues.

 

Section 10: Accepting the data

The user acknowledges that we may occasionally terminate the service at any moment without providing you with prior notice or remove it for indeterminate lengths of time. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

 

Section 11: Failed payments

In case of failed payments by the user “Diagnoplan Dental”  shall have the right to suspend service upon failure to receive compensation. 

Section 12: Changes to terms of service

“Diagnoplan Dental” reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is the user’s responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. 

Section 13: Method of payement

We accept payments exclusively in Egyptian pounds via payment gates using debit/credit cards. In case of payments received fro other countries, the payments will be received in Egyptian pound according to the official currency exchange rate in the bank at the time of payment.
